The components of the new visual identity draw on the architectural and artistic legacy of Josef Kranz’s original design from 1927—1929. The sans-serif letters are based on strict geometry and a rectangular layout.

The color palette is based on the original interior concept and the principles of the De Stijl movement. The combination of light blue and white on the walls, red xylolite, and yellow furniture is also reflected in the graphic design. The goal is to create a visually consistent system that connects print and digital outputs with the character of the interior.

The graphic system for posters and other communication outputs is based on the grid principle. Text and visual information are organized according to their content into individual fields, which together form a variable composition reminiscent of geometric mosaics. This principle draws on the aesthetics of functionalism and neoplasticism while allowing for a flexible response to diverse content. The new identity thus creates a unified system that connects architecture, historical context, and contemporary communication into a single cohesive visual language.
